Target Audience: Residential manufactured home dwellings (both in park and out of park) in Whatcom, Skagit, Island, King, Kitsap, Kittitas, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis counties

Objective: Achieve penetration rate of 60 percent in manufactured homes identified as having substantial potential for cost-effective energy efficiency improvements. Provide prescriptive manufactured home duct sealing and leave-behind water efficient showerheads, and complete the direct installation of CFLs to replace incandescent bulbs. The outcome is to realize significant energy savings and reduce a customer’s bill by 10 to 20 percent annually.

Strategies: Identify manufactured homes not previously served by PSE manufactured home duct sealing implementers. Implement community-based energy efficiency approach, where applicable, including bundling retrofit projects to optimize service delivery. Employ qualified energy efficiency service providers to perform the energy efficiency and weatherization services that are cost-effective
