The Retrofit Financial Analysis Tool, developed by the DOE Municipal Solid-State Street Lighting Consortium in collaboration with the Clinton Climate Initiative, provides municipalities, utilities and other organizations a method to analyze the cost and return on investment from lighting efficiency projects.
