Biography
As an Energy Professional for the WSU Energy Program’s Green Transportation Program, Sam provides education and technical assistance to fleets transitioning to zero-emission vehicles and supports the Onsite Energy Program with event planning. Sam has a background in education, including teaching English in Mongolia as a Fulbright recipient, and leading environmental education programs for students of all ages at Muhlenberg College, Green Iowa AmeriCorps, and Mississippi Headwaters Audubon Society. Sam’s an avid reader, loves to rock climb, and sings in a local Olympia choir. She holds a B.A. in Sustainability Studies and Political Science from Muhlenberg College. Sam is happy to now call Washington home.
