Resources for the End-Use Advancement of Clean Hydrogen Program

Resources for the End-Use Advancement of Clean Hydrogen (REACH) is a technical assistance program designed to help Washington organizations navigate the shift to clean hydrogen.
Clean hydrogen can reduce emissions in places where electricity is not a good fit. REACH is Washington state’s first program for end users that assists in the use of clean hydrogen. The program offers guidance, resources, and expert support to help users transition.
