WSU Energy Program’s

Washington Green Transportation Program

The WSU Energy Program’s Green Transportation Program (GTP) aims to reduce fossil fuel use on Washington roads by promoting cleaner alternatives to gasoline and diesel. Our team works with fleets across Washington to transition to alternative fuel vehicles and equipment. We provide education and technical assistance to make the switch to renewable fuel easier and more cost effective.

We answer questions about electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, identify funding opportunities, conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses, provide planning tools, and coordinate with utilities. We also host regular meetings and educational webinars to support our education efforts.
