Information for Installers
Check the Status of Your Projects
Please regularly check the status of the projects you have submitted in PowerClerk to ensure that you address any information needs requested by the application reviewers, such as initial meter read or suspended statuses.
Are you using FormSense in PowerClerk?
Use default settings for parts of an application that you always fill out the same, such as Installer License Number, Installer Contact Information, Preparer Information, or answers to “Was the Renewable Energy System physically installed by the owner?” This will reduce your time to fill out applications.
Project Views in PowerClerk
In February, we added a view for projects that require an initial meter read. Look under the “Initial Meter Read Required” tab in PowerClerk to assist your customers in filling out these forms. Initial Meter Reads are required when the system was installed before July 1, 2017, and the serving utility does not have a June 30, 2017, meter read. This information is needed to accurately calculate the first year of incentive payments.
